Wright Rain Environmental offer an Autumn drain down and consultation service to advise on practical solutions for the potential problems.

On many of our new systems, where the equipment may be required during the dry and windy winter periods and total seasonal drain down is not an option, we have designed an automatic drain down system to prevent the system operating automatically in the event of frost and to drain down some key areas of the system.

This, not only protects the pipe, valves and fittings from expensive repairs, but, also prevents water being spread over the yard and roadways causing an ‘ice-rink’ and potential vehicle accidents.

This system can be retrofitted in most situations and prevents the equipment from operating again until the frost system is manually re-set after the frosty conditions have passed.
